    摘要:

    [目的/意义]揭示全球光纤激光器产业技术发展现状,为我国光纤激光器产业技术发展方向提供参考。[方法/过程]本文基于近十年的专利数据,从专利申请态势、区域竞争力、研发机构实力、热点研究领域等角度揭示全球光纤激光器产业技术的研究进展。[结果/结论] 近十年中国光纤激光器专利技术高速发展,产业前景广阔,但研发机构整体缺乏海外布局意识;高功率光纤激光材料与器件、特种光纤、光纤耦合技术、光纤激光加工技术是当前光纤激光器技术研发热点,未来可重点关注超快激光光速合成、光纤激光非线性效应调控等技术领域的研发动向;产业上游核心元器件的研发能力不足,光纤介质、高功率泵浦源芯片、高功率光纤光栅等核心元器件技术壁垒有待突破。

    Abstract:

    [Purpose/Significance]For the purpose of revealling the development status of global fiber laser industry technology,providing reference for the development direction of fiber laser industry technology in China. [Method/Process]Based on the patent data of the past ten years, this paper reveals the research progress of global fiber laser industry technology from the perspectives of patent application situation, regional competitiveness, R&D institution strength, hot spot research areas,etc. [Result/Conclusion]In recent ten years, China's patented technology of fiber laser has developed rapidly and the industry has broad prospects. However, the R&D institutes as a whole lack the awareness of overseas layout. High power fiber laser materials and devices, special optical fibers, fiber coupling technology and fiber laser processing technology are the current research and development hotspots. In the future, we can focus on the research and development trends of ultra-fast laser speed synthesis, non-linear effect regulation of fiber laser and other technical fields.The R&D capability of core components in upstream industry is inadequate. Technical barriers to core components such as optical fiber dielectrics, high power pump source chips and high power fiber gratings need to be broken through.
