This paper integrates CIM with blockchain, VR and other information technologies to build a CIM+-based prefabricated building industry chain operation management platform based on the analysis of the user needs of the information platform of the prefabricated building industry chain, and provides reasonable suggestions to the government and industry chain enterprises to help improve operation efficiency of the platform and promote the coordinated development of the main body of the industry chain. At the same time, it provides more data support for the construction of smart cities, and promotes the construction and management of smart cities.
