In recent years,Liaoning technical introduction,digestion,absorption and re-innovation achieved significant results,but there are still a lot of problems,such as low proportion of enterprise introduction,digestion,re-innovation;unreasonable technology import way and structure;weak introduction of key technology digestion absorption capability;insufficient attention to the protection of intellectual property;lack of inner motivation of digestion and absorption.It is necessary to improve the technology innovation system,construct the re-innovation long-term effective mechanism,optimize the re-innovation policy environment,establish the re-innovation input mechanism and push diversified re-innovation modes ect.
