Invention patents are the source of technological innovation,competitiveness of a country is an important indicator to measure.The paper surveys the number of authorized patents,authorized departments,areas,regions top ten domestic and international positions,non-job-fat,specified proportion of the patent,distribution of authority structure according to the international IPC classifiable and the patent market transactions in China in recent years,It shows that the number of invention patents in China is in 30.9% annual growth rate of patent,and there are different growth rates of the contracts and the transaction amount in technology trading market.Individual contracts increases faster;while the domestic service is lower than the proportion of foreign patents,the patent concentrates in the eastern region,and the overall quality of patents is to be further improved.
