Abstract:With the help of continuous management innovation, Haier has transformed from the traditional household appliance brand to the ecological brand in the period of the Internet of things and the product innovation centered on user demand is in the forefront of the industry. The management innovation based on Integrating Order with Personnel continuously releases the innovation vitality, and innovation leads the high quality development to enter the track. This paper further analyzes the basic experience of Haier management innovation, that is, from innovation drive to innovation leads, adhere to strategic guidance, attach importance to cultural cohesion, improve total innovation ability and continuous talent training. However, in the context of large and weak manufacturing industry, Haier innovation also faces the following challenges: (1) the independent innovation ability of enterprises under open innovation is easy to weaken. (2) the manufacturing ability after the transformation of manufacturing service is weakened, (3)”tragedy of the commons” may be played out; (4) the cultivation of innovative talents is weak.
