在消费者主导的数字化浪潮下,依靠需求方规模经济建立用户价值优势已成为企业核心竞争策略。在对“需求方战略”进行明确界定的基础上,运用Citespace软件梳理了该领域研究热点与发展脉络,按照“动因—过程—结果”的逻辑,归纳出“需求方变化—需求方资源/能力积累—基于需求方的战略选择—企业竞争优势”的研究框架,总结利用需求方战略实现竞争优势的前提条件与内在机理。结合时代背景,展望了该领域未来亟待探索的4个方向,以期在新形式下推动需求方战略向前发展,尤其为数字经济背景下企业利用需求方战略驱动创新、获取可持续竞争优势提供参考。 |

Demand-Side Strategy and Competitive Advantage Under the Background of Digital Economy——Based on Citespace Visual Analysis |

In the digital wave dominated by consumers, establishing user value advantages by economies of scale of demand side has become the core competitive strategy of enterprises. Based on the clear definition of “demand-side strategy”, the hotspots and development context in this field were sorted out by using Citespace software. Then, the research framework of “demand-side change—demand-side resource/capability accumulation—demand-side strategic choice—enterprise competitive advantage” was constructed according to the logic of “motivation—process—result”, and were the preconditions and internal mechanism of using demand-side strategy to achieve competitive advantage were. Combined with the background of the times, it looks forward to the four directions that need to be explored in the future in this field, in order to promote the development of demand-side strategy in the new era, especially to provide reference for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages by using demand-side strategy driven innovation under the background of digital economy. |
