From 2009 to 2017 in our country agricultural enterprise of mixed data as samples, build SSBM - network DEA model to measure the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and to absorb the technology introduction of subdivided into the introduction of technology, technology and pilot three stages, and three stages of absorptive capacity as threshold variable, the empirical test technology import impact on the efficiency of agricultural enterprise transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the threshold effect. The findings are as follows: (1) Without considering the threshold effect, technology introduction has no significant effect on the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements of agriculture-related enterprises. (2) The quality absorption capacity of funds in the technology introduction stage is within the range of (0.643,0.796], and the quality absorption capacity of talents in the technology absorption stage is within the range of (0.184,0.227). Only when the absorption capacity of pilot production in the pilot production stage is greater than the threshold value of 5.011, can the technology introduction significantly improve the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of agriculture-related enterprises.
