S: During the process of integrating university and research institutes, and pushing forward tackling key problems collaboratively, it is found by Overseas Chinese and China Peaceful Development Collaborative Innovation Center that it is necessary to build up a large network platform. The platform shall be convenient for communication of government-industry-study-research-application, and for study, publish and integration of various research findings. This paper expounds the significance, train of thought and content of the platform construction from three aspects.
