| 网络环境下技术创新过程的有效组织成为企业发展的关键,而企业动态能力与技术创新过程组织的匹配互动是实现有效组织的前提和保障。本文在分析网络环境对企业技术创新过程组织影响的基础上,提出了网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织与企业动态能力的权变匹配模型,并进一步研究了两者匹配实现的前提和保障。 |

| To effectively organize technological innovation process is the key to e nterprise development and techno-logical innovation process matched with enterprises' dynamic capability is precondition and guarantee for effective organization.This paper,based on a nalyzing the network' s effect on technological innovatio n process proposes a model matching technological innovation process and dynamic capability and m akes a further study on the way how to g et the precondition and guarantee read y for the matching. |
