Abstract:Based on the improved G1-CRITIC-TOPSIS method, the performance evaluation model and visualization system of Jiangsu University Collaborative Innovation Center were constructed for the statically and dynamically analysis of Jiangsu University Collaborative Innovation Center from 2015 to 2019. The results show that, compared with other performance evaluation models, the performance evaluation model proposed in this paper can objectively and effectively evaluate the performance of collaborative innovation centers; the performance level of provincial collaborative innovation centers is quite different from the national performance level; different types of collaborative innovation Center performance evaluation results vary widely. Based on the above research, suggestions are put forward to optimize the construction of the collaborative innovation center system, establish a classified and hierarchical performance evaluation mechanism, and dynamically monitor the operation of the collaborative innovation center.
