运用历史研究、比较研究和文献资料研究等方法，对改革开放以来上海学校体育发展过程中的突破点进行了梳理，从而反思了上海学校体育发展历程中的成败得失，力图把握上海学校体育发展的基本脉络，为研究上海学校体育未来的发展提供参考。

英文摘要:

By the ways of historical study, comparative study and document consultation, the paper sums up the breakthrough in the course of Shanghai school PE development since reform and opening up. It discusses the success and failure in the development history. It tries to get hold of the principal ways of the school PE development in Shanghai so as to provide reference for the study of future Shanghai school PE development.
