      为构建上海全民健身公共服务体系,并建立“全民健身365”工程,上海市体育局的政务微博“上海体育发布”正式更名为“965365上海体育发布”,成为上海体育公共服务的重要平台,有效推进体育信息化建设进程。针对公共体育服务需求规模庞大、需求层次较多,公共体育的供给也需要提供多种业务,为很好解决公共体育服务的供给管理、数据管理和应用管理问题,有效利用信息资源,提高管理效率,提出建立上海市公共体育“呼叫中心”的方案,并提供了建设上海公共体育呼叫中心的规划和完善对策。
英文摘要:
      In order to form a Shanghai mass fitness public service system and start a“Mass Fitness 365”project, Shanghai Sports Release, microblog of Shanghai Administration of Sports, was officially changed to 965365Shanghai Sports Release, which has become an important platform of Shanghai public sports service for efficiently speeding up the construction of sports informationization. In order to meet the large and different-level requirements for public sports service, the supply should offer diversified service. The paper suggests establishing Shanghai Public Sports Call Center so as to better solve the problems of supply management, data management and application management of the public sports service, making full use of information resources and improving management efficiency. Some more suggestions are put forward for the plan of establishing the call center and the measures for perfection.
