The synergistic effect of eeffective integration of technical assets and complementary assets is the source of company value creation,but the existing literature have ignored empirical research on the synergistic effect technical assets and complementary assets. The paper is an empirical research on the synergistic effect technical assets and complementary assets of the listed high-tech companies based on the resource based on the theory of complementary assets and the theory of collaborative management. The research results show that the coordination of technical assets and human assets and marketing assets and organization assets has a significant positive effects on firm performance, technical assets and human assets and marketing assets and organization assets has a significant synergistic effect, the coordination of technical assets and productive assets has a significant negative effects on firm performance, technical assets and productive assets has a significant negative synergistic effect.The paper analysis the problem of asset allocation of innovation activities of china’s listed high-tech companies and provide valuable management implications for total innovation management activities of china’s listed high-tech companies.
