Abstract:First, we investigated the situation of Ethical Misconduct in Scientific Research (EMSR) withdraw (including Retraction,express of concern and correction) from the Retraction Watch Database (RWD) by the end of 2022 on May 21,the information about the withdrawal papers because of "lack of ethical approval" or "None of patients' informed consent" were analysed including the published and withdraw date, the authorship , the source countries and organizations, the source journals and publishers, the subject distribution and related withdraw reasons; The results showed that in recent years, the number of withdraw papers due to EMSR was on the rise globally, and the number of Chinese authors' participation increased significantly. 95.35% of EMSR withdraw were concentrated in the fields of health sciences and basic life sciences. Secondly, according to the diversity and complexity of scientific and technological ethics problems,we puts forward the strategy of strengthening the scientific and technological ethics supervision in the whole process of scientific research activities. Finally, as a journal person, from the perspective of compacting the subject responsibility, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for sci-tech journals on the participation in collaborative governance of scientific and technological ethics: sci-tech journals can play a role in collaborative governance by means of ethical publicity and education for researchers, collaborative ethical review of submitted papers and punishment the ethical misconduct papers by withdrawal.
