Based on Chinese Social Science Citation Index Source Journal of (CSSCI2012-2013) 29 management journals, from the aspects of the distribution of the journals, the situation of the author, types of literature, research perspective and research content, use measurement statistics, the author proceed analysis and evaluation of the progress of the enterprise Group management Research during the five-year period between 2008 and 2012 ,then make a simple commentary on its popular content, and on this basis the author also make prediction of the trend of research on future of enterprise groups.
