Business model innovation is an important means for enterprises to explore new markets and create competitive advantages. Therefore, how to carry out business model innovation has become a key issue for enterprise development. This study firstly deconstructs and clusters 5 business model innovation dimensions and summarizes 9 innovation rules through combing and analyzing a large number of related literatures and enterprise cases , and then constructs the basic and key innovation paths in two phases and designs relevant schemes. Finally, taking the textile and garment industry as an example of business model innovation, the application process of the business model innovation method from the perspective of dimensions and rules coupling is systematically expounded. The study result confirms the feasibility of the application of the method in the textile and garment industry, and provide systematic and operational theoretical guidance for enterprises to actively and quickly carry out business model innovation, which helps enterprises to explore potential market opportunities based on the estimation of industry business model development trends.
