引进技术二次创新内生系统分析

摘要: 摘要:二次创新是实现技术引进向自主创新转变的关键环节。为深入分析引进技术二次创新决定因素,文章基于垂直创新内生增长理论构建了引进技术二次创新内生系统。研究得出:引进技术先进程度对二次创新影响方向不确定;研发竞争对二次创新影响方向不确定;企业研发效率对二次创新产生正向作用;外溢效应对二次创新产生负向作用。为加快我国引进技术二次创新,应进一步优化技术引进发展战略、提高引进技术适用性,加强对技术引进管理、避免恶性竞争,加快企业研发制度创新、提高企业研发效率,加强知识产权保护、切实保护二次创新成功者利益。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on an endogenous growth theory, a model involving technology mport for the secondary innovation endogenous system is constructed to analyze the scale of secondary innovation. The scale of secondary innovation is discussed. The results reveal that the effect of the technology import quality on the secondary innovation is uncertainty, the effect of the number of the participants on secondary innovation is also uncertainty, the effect of R&D efficiency on secondary innovation is positive, and the effect of R&D spillover on the secondary innovation is negative.
