      新时代教育评价进入新的改革阶段,在提高教育评价科学性的同时,要加强教育评价的伦理研究。教育评价的专业化既包括基于评价技术、手段等能力的提升,也包括专业伦理的日益规范。从伦理学的视角来审视教育评价,教育评价伦理包含教育评价本身的善恶和教育评价作为手段的善恶。新时代教育评价改革的基本伦理取向包括关注人的全面发展,凸显人性关怀;探索增值评价,凸显教育公平;多元主体参与,凸显教育民主。

      Abstract:Educational evaluation in the new era has entered a new stage of reform,while improving the scientific nature of education evaluation,it is necessary to strengthen the ethical research of educational evaluation. The specialization of educational evaluation is not only based on the improvement of evaluation technology and means,but also on the increasingly standard of professional ethics. From the perspective of ethics,educational evaluation ethics includes the good and evil of educational evaluation itself and the good and evil of educational evaluation as a means. The basic ethical orientation of educational evaluation reform in the new era includes paying attention to people’s all-round development that highlights human concern, exploring value-added evaluation that highlights educational equity,multi-subject participation that highlights educational democracy.
