| The authors expound what are the news potentialities of academic journals and what are the differences of news potentialities between mass media and academic journals, analyze the reasons and propose some important practical methods for developing news potentialities of academic journals. Finally, the authors put forward that paying attention to the news potentialities is a key step for keeping sustainable development of general medical journals and hope to share experiences with other academic editors and publishers. |
