The elements of Lib 2.0 service modes in universities include people, resources, technologies and services. According to the elements characteristics and their internal relations and based on actual surveys, the authors construct three service modes from three different angles: interactive communication, user participating resource development and personalized services. Finally, on the basis of the above three models, the authors construct a general application mode of university Lib 2.0 services. 4 figs. 10 refs. |
