| In this paper, the author thinks that digital library is the direction of the future development of Chinese librarianship. At the beginning of this century, there is a multi dimensional development of Chinese librarianship, a rapid increase of reader's needs, and a great development of libraries in rural regions. Then, the author analyzes some challenges facing Chinese librarianship. 6 refs. |
