知识型企业领导成员交换与知识共享的关系研究

摘    要:在分析领导成员交换关系与知识共享的相互作用基础上,构建了领导成员交换与知识共享的关系模型,采用多元统计分析方法对知识型企业领导成员交换与知识共享的相互关系进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:领导成员交换和知识共享之间存在显著的正相关关系,而且体现出维度差异,领导成员交换的沟通、信任维度可以较好地由知识共享典型变量来预测。
