我国省域高等教育科技创新能力时空差异研究

摘    要:通过建构包括3个一级指标和22个二级指标的高等教育科技创新能力的评价指标体系,采用因子分析法对国内省域高等教育科技创新能力的进行时空差异分析。研究发现:高校科技创新能力在省域上呈现东高西低、南高北低、中间高两边低的特点;省域高等教育科技创新能力差距呈现缩小的趋势;中南部省市高等教育科技创新能力相对上升,中北部和东北地区的高校科技创新能力相对下降;高等教育强省的科技创新能力较强且较为稳定;经济强省的高等教育科技创新能力较强且较为稳定。影响区域高等教育科技创新的因素包括经济、历史、政策、地理、制度五个方面的因素。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to use the factor analysis to explore the temporal and spatial differences in the sci-tech innovation ability of provincial higher education through setting up the evaluation index system including three first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators. The results showed that: colleges’ technological innovation capability turns out to be low in the west and high in the east, low in the south and high in the north, and low in the two sides and high in the middle; the gap in the technological innovation capability in provinces and regions is being narrowed; colleges and universities in the central and southern provinces perform better in innovation than those in the mid-north and northeast China; top provinces and regions in higher education and economic development enjoy stronger and stabler progress in sci-tech innovation; and major factors in the technological innovation of provincial and regional higher education include economy, history, policy, geography and system.
