摘    要:我国的教师教育协同治理研究处于起步阶段,面临治理主体协同能力不足、协同治理结构制度保障不济、协同治理过程实践效能不佳、协同治理文化推力不足等困境。界定教师教育协同治理理论内涵及特征原则,重构教师教育主体价值共识,激发主体协同动力;优化管理程序,提升主体协同能力;完善制度结构,厘清协同治理主体间的权责关系;搭建统筹管理平台,优化教师教育治理实践过程;增强协调沟通,厚植包容信任的治理文化,以期推进教师教育治理现代化。

Abstract:Research on collaborative governance of teachers education is still in its infancy, facing the dilemma of insufficient collaborative ability of governance subjects, deficient institutional guarantee of collaborative governance units, practical inefficiency in collaborative governance process, and stagnant thrust of collaborative governance culture. This article tried to explore feasible measures in defining the theoretical connotation and characteristic principle of collaborative governance of teachers education; promoting the modernization of teachers education governance from the aspects of collaborative governance theory; reconstructing the consensus of the subject value of teachers education, stimulating the subjects’ synergy power; optimizing the management procedures and enhancing the subjects’ coordination ability; improving the institutional structures, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the coordinated governance subjects; building an overall management platform to optimize the practice process of teachers education governance; and consolidating coordination and communication, and cultivating a governance culture of inclusiveness and trust.
