| 摘 要： | 乡村振兴关系到乡村的长远发展问题，是脱贫攻坚的升级版战略工程，而乡村教育振兴则是乡村振兴的基础，只有教育振兴了，才能实现乡村的全面振兴。地方高校与乡村教育振兴共生共荣，以服务乡村教育振兴为己任则是中国进入全新发展阶段对地方高校提出的重要命题，亦是地方高校服务区域经济社会发展的应有之义。地方高校应将服务区域教育振兴列入办学主旨之一，健全服务乡村教育振兴机制，不断创新人才培养模式，提升乡村教育的内驱力，建设服务乡村教育振兴的新型智库。同时，国家相关部门应为地方高校服务乡村教育振兴不断优化政策环境。

| Abstract: | Rural revitalization, closely-related to the long-term development of the rural areas, is strategically enhanced for the poverty alleviation, part of which is the rejuvenation of rural culture. Only when culture is rejuvenated can rural revitalization be truly comprehensive. This study argued that local universities plays an important role in revitalizing rural culture and contributing to rural economic and educational development for the purpose of co-prosperity in the new era of China’s advancement. It also maintained that the revitalization of rural culture must be taken as one of the main objectives of local colleges and universities through improving the mechanism to innovate talents training, mobilizing the internal drive of rural education and developing a brand-new think tank. Moreover, it emphasized that relevant state departments make greater efforts to optimize the policy environment conducive to local colleges and universities to push forward the revitalization of rural culture |
