| 摘 要： | 分析企业知识缺口的含义并对其进行分类。提出基于VENN图解法的企业知识缺口识别方法,并给出应用该方法的步骤。最后,根据企业知识储备的情况,给出不同类别知识缺口的弥补策略。

| Abstract: | The identification and filling of knowledge gaps are critical factors affecting the survival and growth of modern enterprises.In this paper,the classification of knowledge gap is given first.Then,the identifying method and process of knowledge gaps is studied by using VENN diagram.Finally,the filling strategies of knowledge gaps is put forward. |
