| 摘 要： | 以提升制造业企业学习绩效为出发点,从学习主体、学习动力机制、激励约束机制、学习支撑机制、企业组织结构及文化等5个方面系统分析浙江省制造业企业学习体系,并采用结构方程模型方法来分析制造业企业学习绩效,得出若干有价值的结论。

| Abstract: | The starting point of this paper is to improve learning performance of manufacturing enterprises.From the following five aspects: learning main body,learning motivation mechanism,incentive and restriction mechanisms,learning supporting mechanism,and organizational structure and culture of the enterprises,to analyze the learning system of the manufacturing industry enterprises.Moreover,the author organized a demonstration study of manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province,and adopted structural equation model approach to analyze learning performance of manufacturing enterprise,and obtained some valuable conclusions. |
