| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship of corporate ownership structure and technological innovation input,and considers that private benefits of control induces ownership concentration.On the basis of this,this paper proposes a new concept model,and verifies the hypothesis on the relationship between corporate ownership structure,private benefits of control and technological innovation input. This research enriches the existent content on the relationship of corporate ownership structure and technological innovation. |
