| 摘 要： | 引导部分普通本科院校向应用技术大学转型发展是我国高等教育领域的战略举措。借鉴经济领域混合所有制改革经验，探索高校混合所有制办学，将有助于普通本科院校通过办学体制创新优化治理结构、深化产教融合、培养应用人才、服务社会发展，加快实现自身办学转型。推动高校混合所有制改革，需要加强顶层设计、完善法律体系、保障产权利益。

| Abstract: | Local universities are transformed into an applied higher institution as a vital strategy for China’s progress of higher education. This study attempts to explore a mixed-ownership model of university management from the perspective of blended economic ownership, thereby further absorbing social resources, improving management structure, and promoting the university-industry combination. Therefore, it is very necessary to promote the mixed-ownership reform by strengthening its top layer design, perfecting the related legal system, and ensuring its property interests. |
