| 摘 要： | 发展第三方物流对惠州市经济发展具有重大意义。通过对惠州市所属第三方物流企业进行调查, 研究发现: 惠州市具有发展第三方物流的有利条件, 现有的物流企业经营规模较小, 经营状况较好, 但人力资源缺乏; 针对惠州市第三方物流发展中资源分散、服务范围和功能窄、管理水平滞后、发展存在误区和认识水平低等现实问题, 建议从更新理念、加大政府的宏观调控力度、培养物流专业人才、成立物流行业协会、加强信息化建设和发展重点产业的第三方物流等五个方面来引导惠州第三方物流企业健康发展。

| Abstract: | It will play a great role in promoting the economic development of Huizhou through developing the Third Party Logistics(TPL).The investigation was carried into execution on the TPL enterprises dominated by Huizhou.It indicated that Huizhou has the advantageous conditions to develop TPL,and the present logistics enterprises have smaller scale,better management and deficient personnel resources.According to the questions found in the investigation,which mainly involved in the dispersing resource,the narrow service range and function,the lagging management level,specific mistakes in developing and less understanding of TPL,we suggested that some countermeasures should be put in practice to lead the TPL enterprises developing healthily,which include renewing concepts of TPL,strengthening the macroscopical regulation of the government,cultivating the TPL professionals,coming into existence of associations of TPL,deepening informational construction and developing keystone industry. |
