| 摘 要： | 在今年国内外严峻的经济形势下,中小民营企业的生存发展问题引人注目。集群这种介于企业与市场之间的组织形式能够促进中小民营企业技术创新优势的形成。利用一内生经济增长模型对集群经济进行了动态分析,得出结论:在长期中,集群经济的每工人产量的增长率由技术创新的增长率决定,而储蓄率的一个永久性增加仅导致集群经济增长率的一个暂时性增加。因而,在当前资源、劳动力价格上涨,中小民营企业融资困难的经济形势下,寻找出单个中小民营企业摆脱生存发展困境的有效途径——集群化,其动力源正是技术创新。
