| Abstract: | The main task of higher education, with teaching being its centre, is to foster qualified personnel. Teaching-affair management is the key link in the management of a college or university. A high-quality force is needed in scientific management. As the teaching-affair managing contingent is the main constituents of this force, its quality forms the basis of guaranteeing orderly teaching and raising the quality of the school. Therefore, leaders of a college or university should attach great importance to fostering the quality of the teaching-affair managing staff and that the managing staff should try their best to raise their own quality and work creatively. |
