| 摘 要： | 中国共产党在其百年沧桑历程中，基于对近代以来中国遭受的惨痛历史命运的教训总结和对党成立后所面临的艰巨使命与整体国民精神素质病弱的现实，基于对国民精神素质重塑重要性的深刻体察，在致力于从根本上实现社会制度破旧立新改造的同时，奋力疗治清除国民精神沉疴积弊，并在党的事业持续推进发展的同时不断为民族精神注入新的元素，为国民精神素质的重塑做出了巨大实践努力和革命性贡献，从而使国民精神素质实现了颠覆性的塑造改变，面貌焕然一新，民族精神获得浴火重生，为中华民族迈上光明的复兴之途创设了最根本的主体条件。

| Abstract: | he Communist Party of China in its one hundred years vicissitudes of life has based its missions and recreation of the national spiritual quality on modern China’s painful historical sufferings and lessons after its establishment and rapid development. To those ends, it has been working hard to fundamentally achieve the iconoclastic transformation of the social system, to heal the century-old trauma in the national spirit, and to constantly inject new elements into the national spirit, while promoting the continuous advancement of the party’s cause and making greater efforts and contributions to the revolutionary practice and the reshaping of the national spirit to take on a new look. Its endeavors and commitments have paved a solid foundation for the Chinese nation to be rejuvenated in the oncoming years. |
