| 摘 要： | 在市场化改革的进程中,恙州市城乡二元性非均衡特征日渐凸显,发达城市和工业快速发展,而传统农村和农业的发展相对缓慢.推进惠州经济社会的现代化进程,很大程度上是要实现城乡二元经济结构向现代经济结构的转换,农村人口及农业劳动人口比重大幅度下降,城乡收入水平、消费水平日益趋近.因此,应探索培训、创业、安居、保障四位一体的农村劳动力转移模式,加快小城镇建设,加快新农村建设,促进农村居民生活方式城市化.实现城乡协调发展.
