| 摘 要： | 文章以皖籍著名出版人汪孟邹为个案，从微观的角度切入，探讨旅外徽州人如何与故土桑梓保持紧密的联系，如何为促进乡邦福利和革新桑梓的社会文化面貌而努力。汪孟邹对家乡的救援与革新包括：尽力提供职业、经济上的帮助，以纾乡民之困顿；重视家乡的教育问题，以培育革新的力量；革新家乡陋习，并率先垂范；热心组织和参与同乡团体，聚集救援与革新的力量。文章发现，旅外徽州人与留守本地的先进乡绅之间有着高度互动，内外联动是近代中国地方社会实现转型的重要方式。

| Abstract: | This paper takes WANG Mengzou, a famous publisher from Anhui Province, as a case to explore how the Huizhou people residing outside maintain the close relationship with their hometown, and how the groups make efforts to promote the welfare of the hometown and initiate social and cultural reforms of the hometown. WANG Mengzou's assistance and innovation to his hometown include: providing professional and economic assistance as much as possible to alleviate the hardships of the villagers; paying attention to the educational issues in the hometown to cultivate the power of innovation; getting rid of bad habits in the hometown and taking the lead in setting an example; enthusiastically organizing and participating in fellow villagers' groups to gather assistance and innovation forces. The paper further finds that there is a high degree of interaction between Huizhou people residing outside and the advanced local gentry. The internal and external linkage is an important way to realize the transformation of local society in modern China. |
