| 摘 要： | 和谐校园作为和谐社会的重要组成部分，必然要反映“民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处”这一和谐社会的基本特征，同时又具有自身的要求和内在规定性。我们应密切结合校园实际，把构建社会主义和谐社会的理论、方法、途径，引入到构建和谐校园的实践中来。确立和谐教育的思想；确立以人为的教育理念；坚持马克思主义的指导地位和党对高校的领导是构建和谐校园的原则；学校发展与地方经济社会发展和谐共进是构建和谐校园的关键；推进学校的体制改革是构建和谐校园的核心；加强校园文化建设是构建和谐校园的灵魂。

| Abstract: | Harmonious campus is the main part of harmonious society,so the construction of harmonious campus is of great theoretical and realistic significance,i.e.to construct harmonious campus vigorously in order to boost the reform and development of higher education.We should stick the principle of the principal accountability under the leadership of the Party committee with the cooperation of Party and administration to work together harmoniously,the complementation of the virtue and the nomocracy to manage school harmoniously,the adaptation of school education and local development to advance harmoniously. |
