| 摘 要： | 如何在激烈的竟争中立于不败之地,快速地提升学校的实力,是新建地方本科院校紧迫而又现实的任务。文章就新建地方本科院校的办学定位、学科建设及人才培养模式等方面进行了一些有益的探索,以期推进新建地方本科院校办学特色的进一步的优化。
