| 摘 要： | 知识经济是人类历史上继体力经济、物质经济之后的一种的经济形态。它的形成, 既是物质经济特别是后期技术经济高速发展对环境和生态破坏引起未来危机的必然结果, 也是以普遍关怀和终极关怀为核心的人文精神发展的直接推动。在知识经济条件下,人文制约将是影响知识创新和经济发展的直接因素。可持续发展、知识道德、人们普遍关怀等, 都将成为知识经济时代经济生活的重要话题, 知识经济也可以说是一种人文经济。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy is a new state of economy,It is based on knowledge and directly depends on the production,cooperation and utility of knowledge and information.It is an inevitable outcome of the latent crisis caused by the vapid development of material economy especially the late tcchnology economy,destroying the enviroment and the balance of nature.It is also the direct promotion of humanity spirit centered on general concern and final concern.Under the knowledge economy conditions,the humanity will be the direct elements which influence the development of knowledge and economy.Sustained development,knowledge virtue,general concern will become the important topics in economical life in the knowledge economy ages.They will enhance the large property created by knowledge creation to benefit the whole human beings.In this sense,knowledge economy is also a humanity economy. |
