基于ISM-MICMAC和AHP的绿色施工影响因素

摘    要:通过文献分析和专家咨询的方式,从综合管理、环境管理、资源利用3个层面选取出14个影响绿色施工质量的因素。运用解释结构模型(ISM)将影响因素进行层级划分了解其相关性;利用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)对研究结果进行论证分析;采用层次分析法(AHP)确定影响因素指标权重并探究其相对重要性。研究表明,ISM-MICMAC模型能够直观地反映各因素间的结构关系;施工现场规划与管理、环境管理机制是影响绿色施工质量的根本性因素。为绿色施工的管理研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Through literature analysis and expert consultation, 14 factors affecting the quality of green construction were selected from three levels: comprehensive management, environmental management and resource utilization. Firstly, interpretative structural model (ISM) was used to divide the influencing factors into different levels to understand their correlation. Secondly, MICMAC was used to demonstrate and analyze the research results. Thirdly, AHP was used to determine the index weight of the influencing factors to explore their relative importance. Research shows that the ISM-MICMAC model can directly reflect the structural relationship among various factors; the planning and management of construction sites and the environmental management mechanism are the fundamental influencing factors. This research provides theoretical basis for the study of green construction management.
