| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】建立科研数据共享影响因素解释结构模型,对影响因素的层级关系及其对科研数据共享的影响进行分析。【方法/过程】本文基于相关理论和国内外已有研究成果选取了21个影响科研数据共享的因素,并通过专家调查法确定最终影响因素及影响因素之间的相互关系,建立邻接矩阵;通过运算与分解将影响因素划分为8个层级,根据划分层级和影响因素之间的关系建立解释结构模型并分析。【结果/结论】影响科研数据共享的因素可分为表层因素、中层因素、深层因素、底层因素。表层因素是影响科研数据共享最为直接的因素,中层因素间接影响科研数据共享,政策是驱动和保障科研数据共享的深层影响因素,信息技术发展作为底层因素从根本上影响科研数据共享。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】Establish a structural model for influencing factors of scientific research data sharing,and analyze the hierarchical relationship of influencing factors and their impact on research data sharing.【Method/pro cess】Based on relevant theories and existing research results at home and abroad,21 factors affecting the sharing of re search data are extracted,the final influencing factors and the relationship between influencing factors are determined by expert investigation method,and the adjacency matrix is established.The influencing factors are divided into eight levels by operation and decomposition,the explanatory structure model is established and analyzed according to the relationship be tween the dividing levels and influencing factors.【Result/conclusion】Factors affecting the sharing of research data can be divided into surface factors,middle factors,deep factors,and underlying factors.The surface factor is the most direct factor affecting the sharing of research data.The middle factor indirectly affects the sharing of research data.The policy is the deep influencing factor that drives and guarantees the sharing of research data.As the underlying factor,the development of information technology fundamentally affects the sharing of research data. |
