| 摘 要： | 高等教育趋向大众化，这是世界高教发展的共同特征。国外高教大众化过程中取得不少的宝贵经验，１、高教大众化──社会经济发展的强大动力；２、高教大众化的途径和方式──全方位、多层次、多途径；３、精英教育与大众教育共同发展。然而高教大众化的过程中也有深刻的教训：１、高等教育数量和质量的矛盾；２、高等教育与社会需求的问题；３、高等教育发展与经费投入不足的问题。

| Abstract: | Higher education tends to be popular, which is the common feature of the world's higher education development. In the process of foreign higher educational popularity some valuable experiences have been obtained, such as: l. Higher educational popularity-great motive force of social eco- nomical development; 2. It's methods-whole orientation many tiers; lots of ways; 3. elited edu- cation and popular education develop together. Howver, in the process there are some profound lessons, such as: l. Contradiction of quantity and quality of higher education; 2. problems of higher education and social requirement; 3. Problems of higher education development and funds lacking. |
