| 摘 要： | 随着我国体育产业的逐步发展,体育标志等无形资产的重要价值被日益凸现出来,并随之产生了对体育标志和体育标志权问题进行深入研究的迫切需要.以能够进入市场并获得经济收益的体育标志为研究对象,从法学的视角探讨了它的价值基础,明确了体育标志权的知识产权属性,进一步研究了体育标志权的基本权能和主要特征.

| Abstract: | With the development of sports industry in China, the values of intangible assets such as sports symbol emerged gradually so as that it cried for studying sports symbol and its rights. The purpose of this paper was to discuss value basis of sports symbol rights from sports law, definite it as a kind of intellectual property and study its basic content and main features. We took for sports symbol as study objects, which could enter the sports market and get benefits. |
