| 摘 要： | ９０年代以来，由于体育职业化、商业化以及电视媒体广泛介入的影响，国际竞技体育从管理、竞赛、训练等各方面都发生了重大变化，成为百年现代体育史中发展变化最快的时期，对各国的竞技体育政策也带来深刻影响。如何应对这些变化，已引起各国的高度重视。该文从竞技体育的强化管理、优化训练、项目布局、人才流动、世界竞技体育实力格局分析、奥运会发展、运动项目和赛制变化情况及其影响、科学训练及当前重点研究领域和热点、体育产业特别是项目产业和竞赛产业的发展等角度，探讨了世纪之交国际竞技体育发展的几个主要趋势，并提出了相应的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Influenced by sport professionalism, commercialism and TV broadcasting, top-level sports world wide have experienced great changes during the Nineties and are facing even more changes in the coming 21st century. This has also brought deep influence on the current sports policies of different countries and has aroused their attention. In this paper , some focuses of the changes in top-level sports administration, new training measures, increased variety of competitions, cultivation and exchange of sports talents, world patterns of sports powers, development of the Olympic Games, increase of sports events, science and technology , sport industry and so on were discussed. The developmental trend was also analy zed with prospects and strategies put forward. |
