| 摘 要： | 在迈进中国式体育现代化进程中，数字科技逐渐成为体育强国建设的重要驱动力量。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法，探讨数字科技赋能体育强国建设的理论内涵、逻辑理路、制约因素与推进路径。数字科技赋能体育强国建设的逻辑理路包括推进体育治理体系现代化变革、推动竞技体育高质量发展、驱动体育产业数字化转型升级、提升群众体育高质量发展效率和促进体教融合。数字科技赋能体育强国建设的制约因素体现在体育科技人才缺乏、体育科技自主创新能力不足、体育科技管理体制和运行机制不健全、体育科技经费有限、体育科研成果转化率低及推广能力弱。最后提出数字科技赋能体育强国建设的战略路径：建构产学研相结合的体育科技创新体系，创新体育科技管理体制和运行机制，创新体育科技经费投入体系，创新体育科技成果转化体系。

| Abstract: | In the process of advancing into the modernization of Chinese-style sports, digital technology has gradually become an important driving force for the construction of a sports power. Using the methods of literature review, expert interviews and logical analysis, this paper discusses the theoretical implication, logical path, practical difficulties and promotion path for the construction of a great sports country empowered by digital technology. The logical path of building a sports power with digital technology includes promoting the reform of the sports governance system, facilitating the high-quality development of competitive sports, boosting the digital upgrading and transformation of the sports industry, improving the efficiency of high-quality mass sports development and promoting the integration of sports and education. The practical dilemma of sports innovation and the development empowered by digital technology is reflected in the five aspects: The lack of sports technology talents, the insufficiency of sports technology self-innovation ability, the inadequacy of sports technology management and operation system, the lack of sports technology funding, the low transformation rate and the weak promotion of sports technology achievements. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategic path of digital science and technology empowering the construction of a sports power: Constructing a sports technology innovation system based on the collaboration among industries, academia and research institutes, innovating the sports technology management and operation system, innovating the sports technology investment system, and innovating the sports technology achievements transformation system. |
