中国企业管理创新的驱动力——兼与西方企业的比较

摘    要:旨在探讨中国企业管理创新驱动因素的特点和规律。对10个真实、典型、信息丰富和具有最大变动特征的案例进行开放式、主轴和选择性编码、故事线和图表分析,并与西方企业管理创新驱动因素进行比较,析出了中国企业管理创新的驱动因素,不同行业、规模、成立时间和所有制企业的异质性驱动因素、以及区别于西方企业的特色因素。通过对中国企业管理实践和国外研究成果的比较为提炼中国特色管理理论提供了一种思路。

Abstract:Aim to investigate features and disciplines of Chinese enterprises’ management innovation driving forces.Open,axial and selective coding as well as storyline and tabulate analysis was carried out toward 10 reliable,typical,detailed and maximum variation cases to identify their management innovation driving forces and to analyze heterogeneous forces of enterprises belonging to or with different industries,scale,age and ownership.Then the findings were compared with corresponding ones of western enterprises to investigate unique features of Chinese enterprises’.The research logic applied,comparing management practices of Chinese enterprises with western theories,may offer an option to dig out management theory with Chinese characteristics.
