| 摘 要： | 在企业自主研发能力不足、技术购买和技术联盟又很难获取核心技术的情况下,有必要通过技术并购获得核心技术。在比较技术型企业与传统制造企业差异的基础上,运用"互适性"等相关理论揭示了技术并购获取并转化并购对象成长力的机理,分析了技术并购的积极效应与负面效应,提出了抑制技术并购负面效应的措施。
