| 摘 要： | 农业科学研究组织体系和农业技术推广组织体系构成中国农业科技发展的组织基础。农业科学研究组织体系伴随政治和经济体制变革而相应调整。农业技术推广组织体系依附政治生态的同时,围绕推广实效不断进行推广组织和形式的创新。解决中国农业科技组织体系存在问题,必需重新组合科学研究资源,改革县乡技术推广组织体系。

| Abstract: | Organization systems of agricultural research and agricultural technology extension constitute the organizational foundation of Chinese agricultural science and technology development.Accompanying the political environment and economic institutional changes,agricultural research organization system adjusted accordingly.While depended on the political environment,agricultural technology extension organization system innovated organizations and forms continuously around promotion Effectiveness.To solve China＇s agricultural science and technology organization system problems,we need to reorganize scientific research resources and reform organizational system of country and district ＇s technology promotion. |
