| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】突发事件的频发往往成为网络舆情生发的重要导火索,研究突发事件网络舆情的生发机理,对于舆情的导控及治理而言意义非凡。【方法/过程】基于信息生态视角,从信息、信息人、信息环境与信息技术四个要素提炼出事件信息、发布主体、信息受众、信息技术及信息环境五个解释变量,通过清晰集定性比较分析法(csQCA)对40起突发事件进行比较分析,据此得出三个有效的条件构型。【结果/结论】结果表明,社会安全突发事件借助网络媒体平台容易激发公众负面情绪,提升网络舆情的生发热度;良好的信息环境在方便公众沟通交流的同时,也一定程度上推动了突发事件网络舆情的生发;发布主体的非理性是突发事件网络舆情生发的重要原因。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】The frequent occurrence of emergencies often becomes an important trigger for the development of online public sentiment. It is of great significance to study the mechanism of public opinion of emergencies and public opinion.【Method/process】Based on the information ecological perspective, the five explanatory variables of event information, publishing subject, information audience, information technology and information environment are extracted from four elements: information, information person, information environment and information technology. The analysis method(csQCA) analyzes 40 emergencies and draws three valid conditional configurations.【Result/conclusion】The results show that social security emergencies can easily stimulate negative public sentiment through the use of online media platforms, and enhance the popularity of online public opinion. A good information environment facilitates public communication and promotes the burst to some extent. The irrationality of the event network’s public sentiment;the irrationality of the publishing subject is an important reason for the sudden publicity of the incident network. |
