| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】面对智慧城市日益突出的公共信息服务质量问题,从信息生态角度对其进行探讨,以期识别智慧城市公共信息服务质量影响因素。【方法/过程】从信息生态视角构建了智慧城市公共信息服务质量的影响因素体系,利用DEMATEL法对智慧城市公共信息服务质量的影响因素进行关联分析。【结果/结论】根据各指标要素的分析结果,结合因果四象限图,识别出智慧城市公共信息服务质量的影响因素。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】Facing with the increasingly prominent quality problem of public information service in smart cities, we discussesd it from the perspective of information ecology in order to identify the influencing factors.【Method/process】This paper constructed the influencing factors system of the public information service quality in smart cities from the perspective of information ecology, and then carried on an incidence analysis of influencing factors by the DEMATEL method.【Result/conclusion】According to the analysis results of each index element, the influencing factors of public information service quality in smart cities are identified with the four quadrant of causality. |
