摘    要:为引导区域进行土地资源的合理规划,促进土地资源的高效持续利用,该文在对区域土地利用进行系统分析的基础上,构建了一套适合于黄淮海平原县城可持续土地利用空间差异评价的指标体系,并引入距离函数法对各县域土地利用系统状态进行了定量评价,揭示了各县土地资源利用的相对优势与不足。结果表明:区域土地资源的可持续利用不仅取决于各子系统本身的不断优化,而且在很大程度上取决于各支持系统间的协调程度,只有实现系统间的相互配合,协同进化,才能真正实现土地利用大系统的可持续发展。评价结果也表明,采用距离函数模型进行县域土地资源可持续利用空间差异评价是适宜的、可行的。

Abstract:Regional disparity and diversity are the two significant features of land resource from both spatial and temporal scales. To put the sustainable land use research into practice, sustainable land use evaluation should embody the regional diversity and disparity of land resource. This paper intends to evaluate the differentia of land use state among four counties with similar natural conditions in Huang huai hai plain so that the scientific strategy of land use for the counties can be provided. Since land use system is composed of natural, economic and social factors, system theory is adopted in this study. And then the structure, function and mechanism of land use system are analyzed. The results indicate that sustainable utilization of regional land use relies on the coordination between subsystems, far more than on optimization of each subsystem itself. Furthermore, by employing the case of Huang huai hai plain, an index system for land use evaluation that matches well with regional differentiation is presented. And it is also argued that applying distance function to sustainable land use evaluation is scientific and feasible.
